Most expensive sleep

At $6.4 million Baldacchino Supreme is the world’s most expensive bed. It has a canopy in which the posts are cream and gold and made from chestnut, ash and cherry wood. It has an Italian silk draped on it. The headboard is fashioned in a Parisian style, a button-punctured fabric pattern. Diamonds can be added to the headboard if you want to customize it. The real luxury though is found in the gold leaf that is brushed on the whole structure 107 kg of solid 24ct gold. Only two beds will be made and it will take three months to complete one. The designers of the bed are Italian furniture makers, Hebanon by Fratelli Basile Interiors of Nocera Superiore Italy and British designer Stuart Hughes.
