Longest straight staircase

Located on the island of St. Helena, Jacob’s Ladder is a popular attraction of Jamestown but not every tourist can climb its 699 steps. Not only because the steps are somewhat high but also because in some places the staircase lacks railings, which makes it difficult for some people to keep balance and look down.
