Nimboo Pani from the morgue

Are ya sweating it out this summer and cooling it off with Nimboo pani (Lemon water) from your road side vendor? An email containing an article which appeared in a Marathi newspaper tells a scary story about the nimboo pani sold by these vendors.

Read the attachment (Marathi-newspaper cutting) in case you understand the language.

The email translation of the same is as below.

It bewares us about the Nimboo Paani available from road side vendors. This attachment says that the ice used by the vendors for the Nimboo Paani are sourced from morgues. In Government hospitals, dead bodies are preserved in ice until further possession. Every morning the hospitals dispose this ice. There is a crowd of these vendors outside hospitals to buy this ice, just because this ice is available very cheap and it increases their profit margin. Not sure though which city in Maharashtra it is referring to.
