Undersea Vacation

Couples can now enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the Poseidon Undersea Resort on a private island in Fiji. The resort, which will be the first of its kind, will feature 24 underwater suites and 1 luxury suite called the Nautilus Suite which features 1000 square feet and is decorated in the fashion of Jules Verne’s fictional submarine of the same name.

For those who like to keep both feet on solid earth, there are 48 magnificent bungalows, each with 1,500 square feet and a wrap around veranda, dining area, natural wood furnishings, and private water plunge pool. The resort also features six restaurants, seven bars, and the world’s largest and most elegant undersea restaurant. There’s also a dive shop, water sports center, and retail boutique plus all the amenities luxury guests expect including a nine-hole golf course on the island. The island itself comprises approximately 225 acres and is about a mile long.

The $30,000 price tag buys you and a guest a week’s stay at this amazing resort.
